Job stability **Company:** MP RECICLA S.A.C. – CICLO **Department:** Administration and Operations **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **Job Objective** Plan and supervise plant-based production and design operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, efficiency, cost, and timeline standards, while promoting innovation and continuous improvement under the Integrated Management System. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and control production across various plant lines. * Supervise operational and technical staff. * Coordinate equipment and machinery maintenance. * Ensure compliance with quality, OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), and IMS (Integrated Management System) requirements. * Develop and optimize products and production processes. * Monitor production, quality, and efficiency indicators. * Control costs and propose operational improvements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Experience in concrete mix design. * Experience in plant or production supervision. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Decision-making ability and capacity to work under pressure. **Offered** * Joining a leading company in sustainability and circular economy. * Job stability. * Opportunity for professional development and leadership of innovation projects.
