Job Summary: Support the analysis, control, and improvement of production processes to contribute to operational efficiency and waste reduction at Fibras Unidas. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the analysis and improvement of production processes in workshops. 2. Assistance in validating consumption data and conducting time studies. 3. Collaboration in process documentation and updates. **Job Mission:** * Provide support to the Processes Department in analyzing, controlling, and improving production processes in workshops, assisting with consumption validation, time studies, yield loss analysis, and process documentation, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and waste reduction at Fibras Unidas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the analysis of actual yarn consumption in workshops and identify discrepancies or yield losses. * Support the validation of production data by comparing net weight, yield loss, and workshop records. * Conduct workshop visits to assist with time studies and process information gathering. * Provide training support to workshops on consumption methodology and proper material usage. * Record and update actual consumption data in the ERP system (Odoo) under supervision. * Support documentation of weaving processes by product type. Collaborate in developing and updating departmental manuals, procedures, and work instructions. * Support yield loss analysis and propose process improvements without compromising quality. * Assist in coordinating with PCP and Production for updating times and capacities. * Support reviewing settlements related to consumption and production. **Required Education:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Process analysis * Time studies – desirable * ERP system experience **Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Organization * Effective communication * Proactivity * Willingness to perform fieldwork. **Experience:** * 1 year of experience in process engineering roles, preferably in artisanal or textile production environments.
