This is how we develop mining—always attuned to change, driven by committed, inspired, and continuously developing people. **Join Nexa and be part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#WomenTalentedInMining \#MiningInternships** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in developing and updating production plans: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and forecasts aligned with budget compliance and projections (Budget). * Support in monitoring and controlling actual progress versus planned targets, identifying deviations, root causes, and proposing corrective actions. * Support in managing performance indicators (KPIs): production ratios, progress, backfilling, drilling, grades, operating costs, equipment, etc. * Support in using specialized mining planning software (3D modeling, mine design, sequencing, scheduling) and scenario analysis (Deswik, IS, Scheed, UGDB, Datamine UG, AutoCAD). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor of Mining Engineering. * 3 months of experience in underground mining (preferred). * Technical knowledge of underground mining methods (SLS, Bench & Fill, Avoca, Cut & Fill). * Proficiency in Deswik, Datamine UG, AutoCAD, MS Project, and advanced Excel. * Language: Intermediate English (preferred). * Knowledge of Peruvian mining regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM, General Mining Law). **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: El Porvenir. * Atypical Work Schedule: 14x7.
