With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and achieve greater impact. **Job Description:** Prepares hydrogeological reports and models, supports geological–geotechnical designs, and participates in field investigations, contributing technical solutions to multidisciplinary projects at various stages. **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare hydrogeological/geotechnical/geological support-level reports, hydrogeological proposals, and conceptual and numerical models. * Provide technical support and participate in geological–geotechnical designs during conceptual, feasibility, and detailed engineering phases. * Review, manage, and prepare technical documents and calculation memoranda. * Propose geotechnical field investigations and supervise them on-site as required. * Contribute and implement geotechnical expertise-based solutions for the development of complex, large-scale multidisciplinary projects. * Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to resolve specific situations and designs. * Maintain and promote expertise knowledge aligned with client needs. * Participate in proposal development. * Work within a team comprising professionals from Peru and Chile. * Interact with Arcadis’ multidisciplinary team according to assigned projects. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related fields (licensed/registered). * Minimum verifiable experience of 4 years in similar positions. * Mining experience is desirable. * Experience in hydrogeological studies for medium- and large-scale mining projects; conceptual and numerical modeling using FEFLOW and MODFLOW for medium- and large-scale mining projects; proficiency in GeoStudio and Slide software. * Willingness to travel occasionally as project needs require. * Teamwork capability, flexibility, adaptability, accountability, and commitment. * Availability to work onsite (San Isidro, Lima) in a hybrid mode: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am–7:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm.
