Excellent working environment and ongoing professional challenges We are a leading company in food concession services, currently seeking a professional passionate about food safety and operational excellence to join our team as a Quality Control professional. **Job Objective:** Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards across all stages of food receipt, preparation, and service within our operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Process Supervision:** Monitor food production stages to guarantee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * **Food Safety Management:** Implement and supervise the HACCP system and Hygiene and Sanitation Plans (HSP). * **Supplier Control:** Conduct inspection and sampling of raw materials upon arrival at the concession. * **Training:** Deliver awareness sessions for kitchen staff on food handling and safety. * **Audits:** Perform internal audits and manage relevant health inspections. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Degree and professional license in Food Industry Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles within food concessions or industrial plants. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of current health regulations, HACCP, GMP, and related ISO standards. * **Skills:** Team leadership, proactivity, decision-making ability, and assertive communication. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity to join a company experiencing continuous growth. * Excellent working environment and ongoing professional challenges.
