We seek a **Requirements Specialist** responsible for preparing, recording, and tracking technical and administrative requirements for construction projects, ensuring consistency with the technical file, budget, and execution schedule. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience preparing requirements for public works**. * Experience with quantity takeoff spreadsheets. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Proficiency in **quantity surveying and quantity analysis** (MANDATORY). * Knowledge and ability to interpret **construction drawings**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in **S10 – Proyect or other construction management software**. * Knowledge of building construction processes (desirable). * Ability to coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and site supervisors.
