***RESIDENT ENGINEER – Sanitation Construction Project*** *\*For Bidding and Subsequent Contracting in Case of Award\** **PROFESSION:** Civil Engineer, Sanitary Engineer, or Fluid Mechanics Engineer and/or related disciplines. Must be a registered and licensed professional. Must have completed a Project Management course (60 hours) and a Lean Construction and Last Planner System course or similar (60 hours). PMP certification is preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum accumulated general experience of 120 months in the public and/or private sector. * Minimum accumulated specific experience of 5 contracts, each lasting no less than 6 months, serving as resident engineer, supervisor, or inspector in the execution of urban stormwater drainage works, urban sanitary sewer system works, or roadworks including stormwater drainage components. * \*Experience is calculated from the date of degree completion. **FUNCTIONS** * Technical responsible for the construction project. * Technical, administrative, and economic-financial control of the construction project. * Control of physical and financial progress of the project according to the construction schedule. * Oversight of contractual obligations of natural or legal persons participating in the project (technical and administrative staff, subcontractors, suppliers). * Leads the construction process and work teams, ensuring quality control, environmental management, safety, occupational health, social component, traffic management, and archaeological component. * Leads the development of the document: Codes of Conduct (including formats and procedures), which must be approved by Supervision prior to commencement of works for implementation during construction. * Conducts in-person and virtual meetings with the project’s technical staff and, as required, with other stakeholders, to develop strategies supporting successful project execution. * Other functions derived from documents constituting the contract, in compliance with applicable technical standards for each construction process. \*Must explicitly meet the required experience.
