Leadership to promote a safety culture and resolve problems We seek a professional **with experience in electromechanical projects for field activities.** If interested, please submit your CV **to 993 388 175** or **to rrhh@grupocredco.com** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree, licensed and registered as an Industrial, Environmental, Civil, Electromechanical, or related Engineering professional. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Courses and/or specialization in Safety with a minimum duration of 120 hours. * Experience supervising electromechanical projects. * Knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management. * Familiarity with Supreme Decree No. 023-2017-EM. * Solid knowledge of IPERC, ATS, PETS, and current Construction regulations. * Knowledge of incident and accident investigation. * Knowledge of first aid. **Responsibilities:** * · Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards on the project. * · Conduct periodic inspections of equipment, tools, PPE, and operational conditions. * · Manage high-risk work activities, ensuring strict adherence to protocols. * · Verify compliance with the Environmental Management Plan. * · Develop and implement the Safety Plan and Emergency Plan. * · Deliver inductions and training in safety and environmental matters. * · Investigate incidents and accidents, proposing corrective actions. * · Manage the EHS reporting system and statistical analysis. * · Assess risks and propose continuous improvements. * · Ensure compliance with current legal regulations on safety, health, and environment. **Competencies:** * Clear and effective communication. * Proactivity in anticipating hazards and proposing improvements. * Leadership to coordinate teams and promote a safety culture. * Ability to solve problems in critical situations. * Skill in managing and negotiating with operational staff and contractors.
