Focus on current legal regulations and OSH topics **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (OSH) TRAINER** We are a consultancy specialized in Occupational Safety and Health, providing services to a wide range of clients across diverse sectors, and we are currently expanding our team of consultants. We are seeking engineering speakers to deliver in-person and virtual OSH training sessions, in compliance with current legal regulations. Mandatory and exclusive requirements: \- Residence: Lima (mandatory) \- Registered and licensed engineer (mandatory) in: Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, or related fields with specialization in Occupational Safety and Health \- Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering OSH training \- Availability to conduct in-person and virtual presentations \- Proficiency in current legal regulations (SUNAFIL, MTPE, among others) \- Strong group management and communication skills \- Ability to develop training materials Topics to be mastered According to requirements set forth by SUNAFIL, the Ministry of Labor, and other regulatory authorities: \- Law No. 29783 and its Regulation (Supreme Decree No. 005\-2012\-TR and amendments) \- Occupational Safety and Health Management System \- SUNAFIL inspections and employer obligations \- IPERC and Risk Mapping \- OSH Committee and OSH Supervisor \- Accident and Incident Investigation \- Mandatory OSH Training \- Fees: S/ 120 per hour – In-person training S/ 90 per hour – Virtual training (Payment via honorarium receipt) Position Type: Freelance Salary: S/.90\.00 \- S/.120\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * If you wish to participate in the process, register via this link: https://forms.gle/eN5qFrmvE5ABuP2j6 (copy and paste the form) Work Location: On-site employment
