We are currently seeking a candidate to join our AI Employee Experience team as a Senior Consultant. In this team, we design employee experiences using Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Viva. What Will You Do? * Design and develop Power Platform solutions integrated into Microsoft 365. * Build applications using Power Apps and automate processes using Power Automate. * Collaborate on document management projects in SharePoint and on designing collaborative portals and publishing portals. * Develop business processes and corporate apps integrated into Microsoft Teams, including customization of Viva Connections. * Collaborate on Copilot adoption and training for our clients and on implementing AI agents using Copilot Studio. * Participate in integration projects and enhancement of employee experience using AI. * Help our clients evolve their internal technology roadmap by proposing solutions, scenarios, and technologies. What Do You Need? * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and its suite of tools, especially Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. * Minimum 4–5 years developing business solutions using Power Platform and experience integrating it with Microsoft 365. * Solid experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate. * Document management and portal customization expertise in SharePoint. * Basic knowledge of Copilot Studio. **Additionally, the following will be valued:** * Certifications in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. * Hands-on experience building agents using Copilot Studio. * App development (low-code and pro-code) for Microsoft Teams. * Advanced customization of Viva Connections. * Experience delivering training or adoption programs for Microsoft 365 Copilot to clients. * Experience with other Power Platform components such as AI Builder, Power BI, or Power Automate Desktop. * Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and its various modules. * Familiarity with additional Power Apps development elements such as Fluent UI, Adaptive Cards, and Dataverse.
