You will be responsible for leading the collection, integration, and analysis of large volumes of data, generating clear and actionable insights that support the organization’s strategic business decisions. This role requires advanced analytical thinking, strong technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills when working with multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities** * Elicit, document, and analyze functional requirements related to reporting, metrics, variables, and analytical models. * Design, structure, and develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions aligned with business needs. * Analyze large volumes of data and present clear, actionable, and impact-oriented insights. * Define visualization schemes, storytelling approaches, and communication strategies for findings targeted at stakeholders. * Advise users and teams in building visual solutions, considering both technical and business perspectives. * Document all processes, reports, and solutions according to organizational standards and best practices. * Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into analytical/technical specifications. * Support resolution of blockers and dependencies related to data, modeling, or reporting. **Requirements** * More than **5 years** of experience in data analysis, BI, or similar roles. * Proven experience handling large volumes of data, integrations, and analytical models. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and **PowerPoint**. * Solid knowledge of **descriptive statistics**. * Certification and advanced proficiency in **Power BI** (reports, dataflows, DAX). * Certification and proficiency in **Python** for data manipulation, EDA, visualization, and data processing. * Certification and proficiency in **SQL** (data structuring, stored procedures, ETL). * Experience with relational database engines (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB). * Knowledge of ETL tools (SSIS, Pentaho). * Development best practices, including **Clean Code**. * Familiarity with version control, integration, and deployment tools (CI/CD). **Benefits** At Devsu, we aim to create an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
