**Location:** Callao **Duration:** 10 months **Start Date:** Immediate availability **Work Mode:** On-site at the project site (with coordination of Pre-commissioning/Commissioning) Job Objective To supervise the **construction, assembly, and installation** of the plant’s **electrical and instrumentation systems**, ensuring compliance with **quality, safety, technical standards, and schedule**, including approvals for energization and start-up. Key Responsibilities * Comprehensive supervision of the assembly of: * **Electrical panels**: PCC, MCC, distribution panels, control panels, UPS (if applicable). * **Substations**: MV cells, transformers, isolation, protection systems, conduits, and associated tests. * **Generators**: installation, integration with ATS/transfer switch, synchronization (if applicable), operational testing. * **Instrumentation**: field instrument installation, tubing/impulse lines, racks and supports, wiring, calibration, and loops (loop check) as per scope. * Supervise cable management: trays, conduit, ducts; laying and termination of **power, control, and instrumentation cables**. * Ensure compliance with **drawings, specifications, RFIs**, procedures, and project standards. * Monitor progress, resources, work fronts, and coordinate with **civil, mechanical, QA/QC, and SSOMA** teams. * Validate **ITPs/checklists**, approvals, punch lists, and closure of observations. * Coordinate testing: meggering, continuity, grounding, panel testing, protection verification, substation testing, functional generator testing, and instrumentation loop testing. * Daily/weekly reporting and support for dossier/as-built documentation. Mandatory Requirements * **Graduated Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer**. * **Licensed and registered professional (CIP)** (mandatory). * **Minimum 10 years’ experience** in industrial plants. * Proven experience in **assembly and supervision** of: * **Electrical panels (PCC/MCC/distribution/control)** * **Substations (MV/LV, transformers, cells, and protection systems)** * **Generators (installation and integration)** * **Instrumentation** (installation, wiring, and loop testing as per scope) * Availability to work in **Callao** for 10 months with **immediate start**. Valued Certifications / Courses * **LOTO** and electrical safety (live-work/energization criteria). * Training in **MV/LV** (operation/safety) and electrical testing. * **NFPA 70E** or equivalent (desirable). * Instrumentation: calibration/loop check (desirable). * Internal auditor for **ISO 9001 / ISO 45001** (desirable).
