




Job Summary: This role involves assessing, repairing, and maintaining complex electrical and mechanical systems in heavy equipment, preparing technical reports, and ensuring safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Repairs and conditions complex electrical and mechanical components. 2. Prepares technical reports on equipment status for future repairs. 3. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and incident reporting. SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN \- MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS Specific Job Responsibilities: * Assess the most complex electrical systems of assigned low-profile equipment. * Repair, condition, commission, or replace highly complex electrical components such as control panels or electrical circuits, among others. * Perform repairs and replacement of major equipment components, including engines, gearboxes, converters, cylinders, axles, etc. * Prepare technical reports on equipment condition to schedule future repairs. * Coordinate with EHS or supervisor to obtain permits required for assigned high-risk work (PETS, PETAR, etc.). * Accurately record entry time, exit time, and break times. * Effectively utilize contractual resources (PPE, assets, consumables, assigned tools, instruments, etc.). * Actively participate in EHS, health, and wellness prevention and promotion activities promoted by the company and the client. * Comply with the Safety, Health and Environment Plan applicable to the worksite. * Immediately report any incident, accident, unsafe act or condition observed, and cooperate in the timely investigation and reporting of the event for dissemination. * Comply with Life-Saving Rules, policies, procedures, regulations, and objectives of the EHS health and wellness management system, and the company’s or client’s Internal Vehicle Use Regulations. Requirements: * Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, with specialization in heavy machinery maintenance, maintenance mechanics, production mechanics, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance activities within Surface Mining Units or UGM, or similar segments served. * Minimum 2 years of experience working with low-profile equipment. * Experience in defensive driving and possession of A2B driver’s license, with at least 2 years of prior experience.
