Position Summary: This position involves assessing, repairing, and maintaining low-profile equipment electrical systems and major components, as well as managing technical reports and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Repair and conditioning of complex electrical systems. 2. Intervention in the maintenance of major equipment components. 3. Preparation of technical reports for future repairs. SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN \- MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS Specific Responsibilities: * Assess the most complex electrical systems of assigned low-profile equipment. * Repair, condition, commission, or replace highly complex electrical components such as control panels or electrical circuits, among others. * Intervene in the repair and replacement of major equipment components, such as motors, gearboxes, converters, cylinders, shafts, etc. * Prepare technical reports on equipment condition to schedule future repairs. * Coordinate with EHS or the supervisor to obtain permits for assigned high-risk work (PETS, PETAR, etc.). * Accurately record entry, exit, and break times. * Efficient use of contractual resources (PPE, assets, consumables, assigned tools, instruments, etc.). * Actively participate in EHS, health, and wellness prevention and promotion activities promoted by the company and the client. * Comply with the Safety, Health, and Environment plan at the worksite. * Immediately report any incident, accident, unsafe act or condition observed, and collaborate in the timely investigation and reporting of the event for dissemination. * Comply with Life-Saving Rules, policies, procedures, regulations, and objectives of the EHS health and wellness management system, and the company’s or client’s Internal Vehicle Use Regulations. Requirements: * Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, with specialization in heavy machinery maintenance, maintenance mechanics, production mechanics, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance activities within Surface Mining Units or UGM, or similar segments served. * Minimum 2 years of experience working with low-profile equipment. * Experience in defensive driving and possession of A2B driver’s license, with at least 2 years of prior experience.
