Leads the implementation and maintenance of the OHS Management System (SG-SST). ***READ THE REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING\- COMPANY UNDER MYPE REGIME*** ***We are*** **EXPERTOS EN PROTECCION ELECTRICA SAC** — We provide comprehensive solutions in electrical protection, power quality, and air conditioning through products and services, and we are currently seeking talent to fill the following vacancy: ***SSOMA Coordinator***. **Academic Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields.** * **Specialization or diploma in OHS (desirable).** * **Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 (desirable).** **Experience** * 2 to 4 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in implementing management systems. * Experience in the sector (electrical and HVAC preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * OHS and environmental legislation. * Risk identification and assessment. * Accident investigation. * MS Office proficiency. * Preparation of technical reports. **Competencies** * Leadership * Effective communication * Teamwork * Proactivity * Decision-making * Results orientation * Analytical ability **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Accident frequency and severity index. * Compliance with the annual SSOMA plan. * Number of trainings conducted. * Level of legal compliance. * Reduction of incidents and non-conformities. **Position Objective** To plan, coordinate, execute, and supervise activities related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations, internal standards, and corporate policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental impacts. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Occupational Safety and Health Management** * Implement and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG\-SST). * Develop and update the IPERC / risk matrix. * Coordinate OHS trainings, inductions, and drills. * Investigate accidents and incidents and propose corrective actions. * Supervise proper use of PPE. * Conduct safety inspections and internal audits. **Environmental Management** * Implement the Environmental Management System. * Supervise proper handling of solid and hazardous waste. * Control environmental aspects and impacts. * Manage environmental permits and reporting to authorities. * Promote environmental awareness campaigns. **Legal Compliance** * Ensure compliance with current safety and environmental regulations. * Maintain the legal register up to date. * Respond to inspections and regulatory audits. **Document Management** * Prepare SSOMA procedures, work instructions, and records. * Prepare monthly indicator reports (accident rate, frequency, severity, etc.). * Monitor statistics and area KPIs.
