Job Summary: We are seeking a committed SSOMA Supervisor to oversee safety during maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead safety in preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Manage and implement safety documentation in the field. 3. Conduct safety talks and verify compliance with PPE. **TODO CLIMA PERÚ S.A.C.**, a company specialized in maintenance and installation of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, is seeking a highly committed **SSOMA Supervisor** with solid experience in this field. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **02 years** of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor, verified by employment certificates. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma in SSOMA (not mandatory). * Valid training in **Work at Heights (minimum 8 hours)** – Mandatory. * Experience managing documentation and preparing **Safety Dossiers** according to client requirements. *(Evidence of the corresponding certificate will be required.)* **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise personnel during preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Manage and implement on-site safety documentation: ATS, harness inspection, tool inspection, PETAR for work at heights, scaffold and ladder inspections. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks at the start of each shift. * Verify compliance with safety procedures and correct use of PPE. **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Proactivity, organization, and responsibility. **Working Conditions:** * **Payment Method:** Honorarium Receipt. * **Work Location:** Auna Clinic \- Valle Sur Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 2 months Salary: S/.120.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
