We are a Peruvian company with over 20 years of experience in the metal-mechanical industry. We are currently seeking the best candidate for the position of QUALITY SUPERVISOR at our plant in Ventanilla. **Responsibilities:** Supervise staff activities; develop inspection point plans for each construction and/or repair project involving metal-mechanical structures; certify the quality of work inspected and supervised by the division throughout the entire production process; support inspections conducted by classification society inspectors and/or client inspectors, coordinating necessary adjustments and tests; approve quality records for welding procedures; participate in welder qualification in accordance with AWS D1.1 or classification society standards; participate in inspection and/or testing protocols and handover procedures with client or classification society representatives; implement and maintain traceability for critical components in construction projects; conduct and participate in required tests and inspections according to applicable current codes during product manufacturing, issuing corresponding quality records; review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications for products to be manufactured and/or repaired; keep environmental and occupational health matrices up to date; prepare inspection reports indicating quality levels achieved in manufacturing and repair activities, certifying the quality level thereof; participate in the development of quality standards and norms; apply classification and evaluation body standards and codes for non-destructive testing (NDT), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR); perform inspections according to each NDT method; support inspections carried out by classification society inspectors, coordinating necessary adjustments and tests; comply with Integrated Management System requirements (ISO 9001; OHSAS 18001; ISO 14001). **Profile:** Education: Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Training: Knowledge of Quality Management. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. **Employment Conditions:** · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM; Saturday, 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM. · Location: Block A, Lot 3, Av.
