In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Ensure compliance with the NTP-ISO/IEC 17025 standard, verifying adherence to guidelines established by the assigned client’s laboratory. * Validate analysis reports and approve their conformity according to the Laboratory’s established quality criteria for test methods (assurance of validity), and authorize issuance of test reports in LIMS. * Organize, schedule, and supervise the work of the assigned team, aligned with client-defined priorities and required working conditions. * Coordinate with the direct supervisor regarding timely procurement of supplies and materials necessary for laboratory activities. * Provide technical support, training, and coaching to the assigned team to ensure understanding of procedures, instructions, and work methods, thereby guaranteeing the quality of reported results. * Perform other similar duties as directed by the Employer or hierarchical superior, based on organizational needs and requirements. * Ensure the safety of the work team. **Requirements** * Degree-holding, licensed, and registered Chemical Engineer with at least three (03) years of experience in coordination and/or supervision roles within a chemical laboratory. * Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of chemical analysis for samples including heads, concentrates, tailings, and solutions—covering digestion, volumetry, AAS instrument reading, and result validation. * Strong analytical and evaluative skills. * Commitment to continuous improvement in laboratory activities to optimize processes. * Excellent communication skills at all levels and results-oriented mindset. * Implementation of methods together with the Quality team. * Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate-level English.
