Position Summary: Coordinate and ensure timely submission of valuations and supplementary documents, guaranteeing efficient tracking throughout their review, approval, and billing. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in reconciliation and resolution of observations. **Position** VALUATION ASSISTANT **Position Objective** Quantify all works executed by AGEFRED ELECTRICITY and HVAC services, ensuring timely submission of valuations and supplementary documents (quotations, drawings, protocols, etc.), and guaranteeing efficient tracking throughout their review, approval, and billing. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Review the contract’s terms of reference to understand the full valuation process, including expanded measurements, new items, and deductions. * Plan activities, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines for each valuation report, coordinating with ELECTRICITY and HVAC services’ supervision and site management. * Comply with procedures and deadlines stipulated in the Contract for preparation, submission, review, and approval of valuations and supplementary documents. * Ensure that supplies quotations approved by the Client are effectively billed in the corresponding valuations within established deadlines. * Participate in reconciling billed contract line items with Supervision or the Client, as well as in resolving observations. * Coordinate and facilitate the review, approval, and billing process of valuations with Supervision and/or the Client. * Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, within the scope of the role. **Work Experience** * 3 years of experience in maintenance services and/or projects. * Solid knowledge of measurement take-offs and valuations. **Basic Educational Qualifications** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Electricity. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Cost and budgeting. * Construction/service valuations. * Experience using budgeting software. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
