We are a leading asset management company with presence in Mexico and Peru. ***Management via written channels*** (phone contact only in specific cases) **What you’ll earn with us:** * Fixed salary: S/ 1,200 (paid biweekly and monthly). * Weekly commissions WITHOUT CAP. * Fixed bonuses: S/ 200 (attendance and punctuality). * Formal payroll (50% statutory benefits: CTS, Christmas bonus, vacation). * Excellent schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (¡Afternoons and Sundays off!). * Career path, continuous learning, and an excellent work environment. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Contacting clients via written channels to manage preventive and corrective collections. * Negotiating payment commitments and refinancing arrangements. * Ensuring fulfillment of payment promises. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 months’ experience in customer service, sales, and/or collections. * Immediate availability. **Apply** at nine three five, one nine three, two eleven Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
