Strengthening relationships with corporate clients Solid Waste Management (SWM) Operator is seeking a professional to lead and coordinate commercial and operational areas, ensuring proper execution of collection, transportation, valorization, recycling, and final disposal services for solid waste, as well as strengthening commercial relationships with corporate clients. The position requires a person with leadership capability, organizational skills, and comprehensive operational management expertise, oriented toward achieving commercial, operational, and regulatory objectives. __________ Position Objective Plan, coordinate, and supervise solid waste management operations, ensuring compliance with current environmental regulations, continuity of fleet operations, appropriate document management, and efficient service to corporate clients, thereby contributing to the company’s commercial growth and sustainability. __________ Main Responsibilities Commercial Area * Manage and maintain commercial relationships with corporate clients. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and service follow-ups. * Identify business opportunities and portfolio growth potential. * Coordinate contract renewals and service expansions. * Address client inquiries, complaints, and requests. * Prepare commercial and billing reports. * Coordinate issuance and delivery of final disposal, valorization, and waste marketing certificates. Operational Area * Supervise waste collection, transportation, recycling, and final disposal activities. * Coordinate daily service scheduling and operational routes. * Manage waste disposal at authorized sanitary landfills. * Supervise proper waste segregation, valorization, and traceability. * Monitor compliance with operational procedures and safety standards. * Coordinate with transporters, external operators, and clients. Fleet Management * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicle units. * Conduct post-maintenance follow-up in coordination with drivers. * Verify compliance with vehicle inspection checklists. * Control spare parts, supplies, and equipment per unit. * Manage valid vehicle documentation (SOAT, technical inspections, permits, etc.). Documentary and Regulatory Management * Control waybills, manifests, and operational documentation. * Prepare operational and billing reports. * Manage procedures before regulatory entities such as MINAM, MTC, and other competent institutions. * Administer corporate insurance policies (SCTR, Life Insurance Law, etc.). * Ensure compliance with environmental and transportation regulations. Personnel Management * Supervise operational staff, drivers, and assistants. * Coordinate field activities and incident response. * Verify compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations. * Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency. __________ Requirements Academic Qualifications * Environmental Engineering. * Sanitary Engineering. * Industrial Engineering. * Related disciplines.
