At **Vitain Gestión Inmobiliaria**, we are seeking a **Construction Administrator to join our multifamily project located in San Miguel.** We seek professionals with a service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and experience in administrative management of construction projects. **Position Mission** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project, ensuring proper documentation management, personnel control, and coordination with external entities, thereby contributing to the efficient execution of construction operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and monitor daily work schedules of construction workers. * Provide support in documentation and administrative management of construction personnel. * Manage and maintain appropriate relations with neighbors and other stakeholders in the project’s vicinity. * Carry out procedures and coordinate with the Municipality and other entities involved in construction execution. * Manage purchase requests and procurement of office supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other administrative requirements. * Support inventory control and warehouse administration at the construction site. * Maintain up-to-date records and required documentation for project operations. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the construction or real estate sector. * Knowledge of construction administration and document control. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control. * Familiarity with the S10 system is desirable. * Availability to work on-site in San Miguel. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and service orientation. * Teamwork ability. * Interpersonal relationship management and problem-solving skills.
