Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with solid experience in the design and specification of medium-voltage (MV) switchgear to lead the technical design of distribution systems. Technical coordination with suppliers and review of drawings JOB OPENING: SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER / MEDIUM-VOLTAGE SPECIALIST We are looking for an **Electrical Engineer** with strong experience in the design and specification of medium-voltage (MV) switchgear to join our engineering and project development team. **What will be your main challenge?** Lead the technical design, preparation of calculation reports, and definition of specifications for medium-voltage distribution systems, ensuring project quality and compliance with applicable standards. Main Responsibilities: * **Comprehensive design** of electrical systems operating at medium voltage (MV). * Preparation and review of detailed **technical specifications** for procurement and installation of MV switchgear. * Development of justifying **calculation reports** and descriptive project reports. * Selection, sizing, and configuration of medium-voltage switchgear (protection, switching, and transformation). * Technical coordination with suppliers and review of manufacturing drawings. Essential Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering** or **Electromechanical Engineering**. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in MV project design and MV switchgear selection. Technical Knowledge: * Strong knowledge of national and international electrical standards (CNE, IEC, IEEE). * Advanced experience in drafting technical reports and data sheets. * Proficiency in electrical design and calculation software (AutoCAD, ETAP, DigSILENT or similar). Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
