**REQUIREMENTS**
* Licensed and registered Electrical Engineer with **more than 5 years of professional registration**.
* Minimum **3 years of experience** in supervision, execution, or management of electrical installation projects.
* Minimum **2 years of experience** in infrastructure projects involving electrical and communication systems.
* Knowledge and experience in: Medium- and low-voltage electrical systems; electrical panels; lighting; conduits; grounding systems; and surge protection systems. Communication systems: structured cabling; optical fiber; data networks; telephony; CCTV; access control; fire detection and alarm systems; public address systems; and intercom systems.
* Proficiency in **MS Project, AutoCAD, ETAP, DIALux, and BIM methodology**.
* Familiarity with the **National Electrical Code (CNE)**, **National Building Regulations (RNE)**, and other applicable technical standards.
* Knowledge of project planning methodologies including **Last Planner, Lookahead, PMBOK, BIM, and Lean Construction**.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office**.
* Availability to work on-site in Callao.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of electrical and communication systems according to project drawings, technical specifications, and schedule.
* Verify compliance with quality, safety, and current regulatory standards.
* Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure proper system integration during construction execution.
* Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and operation of electrical and communication systems.
* Prepare technical reports, valuations, and progress reports.
* Manage material, equipment, and resource requirements for activity execution.
* Monitor physical progress of the discipline and propose corrective actions when necessary.
* Participate in preparation and justification of change orders, deductions, and other technical documentation.
* Provide technical support to the construction team and ensure adherence to established procedures.
