Job Summary: Monitor and analyze fuel consumption of the vehicle fleet and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and cost reduction. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of improvements and operational cost indicator management ***Job Objective*** Monitor and analyze fuel consumption of the vehicle fleet and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, proper resource management, and timely identification of deviations, thereby contributing to the reduction of the company's operational costs. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Monitor daily fuel consumption of the vehicle fleet and equipment. * Analyze performance by vehicle, equipment, driver, route, and project. * Prepare weekly and monthly fuel consumption and efficiency reports. * Identify deviations, overconsumption, and potential fuel losses or unauthorized usage. * Reconcile fuel vouchers, invoices, refueling records, and logged consumption. * Manage and control fuel stock in operations with dedicated storage tanks. * Monitor compliance with established performance standards per vehicle type. * Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams on improvement actions to optimize fuel consumption. * Manage operational cost indicators related to fuel. * Conduct periodic audits of fuel supply activities and documentary controls. * Issue early alerts regarding fuel consumption deviations. * Maintain up-to-date fleet database and fuel supply records. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in Fleet Management or Operational Cost Control. * Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet control, fuel management, or operational cost roles. * Experience in fuel supply control. * Experience in developing and tracking management indicators. * Preferred experience in transportation, mining, construction, or service companies. * Knowledge of fuel control and administration. * Knowledge of vehicle and equipment performance. * Knowledge of fleet management. * Knowledge of KPIs. * Intermediate or Advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with GPS systems and satellite monitoring. * Power BI knowledge (preferred). * Operational cost analysis. * Must reside in Ventanilla or nearby areas. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 3500 * Working Hours \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Cooperative agreements for personal loans. * Training on Mental Health and Emotional Well-being. * Positive work environment. **Address:** Av.
