Position Summary: You will support the implementation of human capital management initiatives, partnering with leaders and teams on key Human Resources processes, cultural transformation, and high-performing team development. In this role, you will support the implementation of human capital management initiatives for client areas, partnering with leaders and teams on key Human Resources processes, cultural transformation, and high-performing team development. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** **Main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for employees. * Supporting onboarding, corporate induction, and employee training initiatives and proposals. * Supporting labor relations management, performance management, and organizational culture development. * Supporting various workplace wellness programs and processes. * Supporting employee inquiries and providing guidance. **Knowledge and Requirements** * Students in their 7th or 8th semester of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Familiarity with Human Resources processes, particularly recruitment and selection, is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. \#LI\-LA1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
