Daily communication with area managers and the design department **Job Offer: INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR / INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR at EPTA PERU** EPTA PERU is seeking a highly motivated and experienced INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR to join our team. The purpose will be to supervise installation projects within timelines and quality standards, coordinating with suppliers and colleagues. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise commercial turnkey refrigeration projects from the planning phase through to handover. * Support and ensure that all system components and the complete system are implemented according to plans and meet their requirements. * Coordinate all on-site activities related to the assigned discipline to ensure successful execution of commissioning, installation, testing, and start-up activities in line with contractual specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. Document, highlight key activities and milestones. * Supervise on-site subcontractor and supplier activities. * Collect customer change requests and review and verify them together with the installation manager / area installation managers / system designer. * Daily communication with area installation managers and the system design department * Supervision of installations including, but not limited to: refrigeration cabinets, cold rooms, power packages, piping systems, electrical systems, protection and alarm systems. * Recommend modifications during development and design to improve process and/or procedure quality. * Coordinate with the site manager and the client’s project manager according to contractor schedules and performance. **Conditions:** * Employment Type: On-site * Work Location: Lima \- Peru **Requirements:** * Management experience: preferably in a multinational context, of similar scale, managing similar activities. * Professional experience in this or a similar position: 4 years. * Highest level of education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
