Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a **Product Designer Lead.** **Your primary objective will be:** We seek a leader who will redesign how we design. This person will lead the design discipline in a new project, which entails: reimagining the research and product design disciplines by integrating artificial intelligence at every stage of the process, and building the design operating model (processes, rituals, and technology stack) to scale within a dynamic work environment. This is a senior-level role for an autonomous individual with business acumen and strong individual execution capability — it is not (yet) a large-team management role, but rather one of influence-based leadership and hands-on execution. **How will you achieve this?** * Lead end-to-end product research and design. * Define and implement the design operating model: how projects are prioritized, how collaboration with Product/Engineering is structured, delivery cadence, and quality criteria. * Select and implement the team’s technology stack, integrating artificial intelligence into daily workflows. * Lead end-to-end research processes. * Hold full ownership of the product experience: flows, UI, design system. * Rapidly prototype using AI tools that deliver real value. Move from idea to testable prototype in hours, not weeks. * Create playbooks, templates, and documentation to enable scaling with the team. * Present research, designs, and data-driven decisions — both qualitative and quantitative. You have a voice in the roadmap, and your recommendations carry weight. **What do we need from you?** * 6+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally in startups or high-growth environments. * Demonstrable track record leading end-to-end research and design. * Active and fluent use of artificial intelligence tools in your workflow (generation, synthesis, prototyping). * Proficiency in Figma and research frameworks. * Experience designing or improving design processes (design ops).
