Currently, PARU and JARU are seeking a Procurement Assistant. If you are looking for a company that offers stability, professional development, and an excellent work environment, YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree / Bachelor’s degree or incomplete studies in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: training course in Logistics or Administrative Purchasing. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing logistics, procurement, and supply functions. * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and forecast purchases for inventory based on sales index. * Optimize expenses and costs. * Identify new suppliers and conduct comparative analyses. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal clients to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements. * Track purchase orders until full fulfillment and continuously update internal clients on order status. * Verify that purchase orders are fulfilled according to previously negotiated and approved criteria by the direct supervisor. * Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Sense of urgency * Strong communication skills * Soft skills proficiency * Teamwork * Ability to work under pressure **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary: S/.1700 * Fixed mobility allowance: S/.100 * Full payroll benefits (CTS, bonuses, AFP, EsSalud, vacation, family allowance). * Bi-weekly and monthly payments. * Corporate discounts. * Pleasant work environment. * Career path opportunity.
