Promote compliance with safety and quality standards. **Date:** May 8, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Develop and implement a maintenance plan and schedule that aligns with the maintenance strategy by preparing long-term plans, managing execution resources (budget, material procurement, contracts, HR, and others), and adapting the plan for short-term execution (schedule); thereby maintaining proper equipment condition and contributing to Safety.**What will you do in your role?** * Monitor adherence to the preventive maintenance plan, reporting deviations regarding duration and timeliness of execution. * Design and monitor the weekly maintenance schedule in coordination with Planning, Production, and Warehouses, managing the backlog for assigned plants. * Analyze and ensure spare parts supply for scheduled maintenance activities. * Identify synergies for corporate procurement of spare parts and/or maintenance services. * Verify and monitor updates to existing maintenance plans and activities (frequency and duration) registered in SAP. * Verify and monitor maintenance plans and activities for new production lines and equipment, registered in SAP by SSGG. * Apply and promote compliance with the Unified Manufacturing System standards. * Know, apply, and promote compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. **What do we need from you?** * 2 years of experience as Maintenance Planner, Engineer, or Supervisor, preferably in mass-consumption companies, food & beverage, personal care, or related industries. * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Additional knowledge or training in Maintenance Planning. * Proficiency in SAP Production module. * Intermediate-level knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. * Interest in and availability for a Temporary Position of 6 Months.
