Position Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the collection, analysis, and control of production costs, promoting process standardization and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and control of production costs and inventory management. 2. Promotion of process standardization and continuous improvement. 3. Key coordination with Production, Warehousing, and Procurement departments. **Primary Responsibility:** * Ensure accurate collection, analysis, and control of **production costs** across Business Units, generating reliable information and promoting process standardization and continuous improvement. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Analyze and control production costs for the Canned Goods and Candle Units. * Value and control raw material and finished goods inventories. * Perform cost allocation by cost centers and issue deviation alerts. * Prepare plant performance indicator reports. * Promote process standardization and continuous improvement. * Coordinate with Production, Warehousing, Procurement, Maintenance, and Management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Cost and Budgeting, Process Improvement, or Plant Support functions. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Knowledge of costing, budgeting, and cost centers. * Familiarity with process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and agile methodologies. * Understanding of maintenance management and PCP (Production Control and Planning). * Basic knowledge of Visio or Bizagi is desirable. **Working Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am \- 5:00 pm) and Saturdays (8:00 \- 12:00 pm). * On-site work at the Callao plant. * Direct payroll enrollment. * Timely salary payments. * Profit-sharing.
