Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler for a project, responsible for modeling drawings, anticipating clashes, creating 3D visualizations, and generating key information for disciplines. Generation of As-Built and detailed drawings from BIM models SAEG Engineering Group (Daikin Group) is a multinational engineering company dedicated to delivering top-tier products and services in the electromechanical industry, with emphasis on HVAC, control equipment, fire protection systems, and energy cogeneration. We are seeking a **BIM Modeler**, on a project basis. **Responsibilities:** * Model all project floor plans to anticipate clashes (interferences) and enable early action and engineering resolution prior to fieldwork commencement, following the VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) methodology. * Create 3D visualizations; add necessary construction elements to library objects as well as object data linking. * Prepare, organize, and integrate information, maintaining quality performance in a structured and disciplined manner. * Provide essential information to all involved disciplines using BIM software tools. * Review work with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. * Adhere to design protocols throughout the work. * Create 3D visualizations, add construction elements to the library, and perform object data linking. * Perform model exports (2D, information extraction onto drawings, transmission to servers or CDE). * Increase model detail level to LOD 400 for assigned scopes\- per BIM Forum 2019\. * Develop templates and LOD 400 families across multiple disciplines, and generate As-Built drawings from Revit 202\ model. * Issue detailed drawings, sections, site sketches, etc., from BIM models. * Input data into COBie and UNICLASS parameters, per BS 1192\-4\_2014 and BS8541\-1\_2012\. * Collaborate with the construction team to develop the Target Schedule\- Model site phasing in Revit based on the defined Target Schedule, and propose videos and virtual walkthroughs, integrating BIM with MS Project for 5D modeling. * Participate in Lookahead planning sessions and constraint analysis. **Requirements:** * Technically or university-trained professional in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year or more** of experience in 3D design or BIM modeling of **HVAC** installations. * Fieldwork experience (mandatory). **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Biweekly payments. * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a leading EPC contractor specializing in HVAC, SCI, and BMS projects.
