Position Summary: A prominent company in the environmental sector is seeking a Field Service Watchman to supervise traffic, provide driver support, and manage documentation for field operations. Document management in environmental settings A leading environmental sector company specializing in hazardous waste management requires a Field Service Watchman to join its field operations team. The employee will be stationed directly at the service area and will only need to visit the Ventanilla facility twice per week for documentation-related matters. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control pedestrian and vehicular traffic using "Stop and Go" signals to ensure operational safety. * Provide support to drivers during truck parking and maneuvering operations. * Complete, coordinate, and sign service guides and related documents. * Monitor the proper execution of field services. * Report incidents occurring during operational activities. * Collect and deliver documentation at the Ventanilla facility twice per week. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Residence in Callao. * Availability for field-based operational work. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:50 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:50 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Timely biweekly payments. * Transportation coverage between service assignments. * Additional bonus of S/ 600 in June and November. * Excellent working environment.
