Description
Position Summary:
Support the scheduling and control of transportation services, maintain documentary control and monitoring of drivers and vehicles, and perform general administrative tasks.
Key Highlights:

**Education:**
* Technical diploma or final-cycle student in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or service companies is desirable.
**Experience:**
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in administrative functions.
* Experience in handling and organizing documents.
* Experience monitoring **drivers, vehicles, and transportation services** is desirable.
**Knowledge:**
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel and Word.
* Report and control chart preparation.
* Attendance tracking and personnel scheduling.
* Document control for drivers and vehicles.
* Monitoring of expiration dates: SOAT, technical inspection, licenses, insurance policies, permits, etc.
* Physical and digital document archiving.
* Basic knowledge of **GPS and unit monitoring** is desirable.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Support scheduling and control of transportation services.
* Maintain attendance and documentation records for drivers.
* Verify validity of drivers’ and vehicles’ documents.
* Monitor and follow up on expirations and renewals.
* Assist in preparing valuations and billing documentation.
* Keep the company’s document archive updated.
* Assist in managing insurance, SCTR, and Ley de Vida.
* Other administrative tasks related to operations.
