Responsibilities \-Develop the master production plan and weekly production schedule based on demand, inventory levels, and company strategy. \-Conduct procurement activities according to demand forecasts, item-specific lead times, and plant storage capacity. \-Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure plant supply. \-Prepare and monitor the issuance of production orders. \-Develop and maintain up-to-date production and inventory indicators. \-Perform daily and monthly inventory control to support accurate production planning. \-Coordinate with various departments to achieve targeted production output. **Requirements** \-Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering. \-Experience in production planning and control / supply chain (preferred). \-Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI (preferred). \-Willingness to work onsite in Callao. **Benefits** \-Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment \-All statutory benefits Salary: S/.1,209\.21 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: Onsite employment
