Project Analyst Assistant

Position Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's degree holder in Electrical Engineering or Geography with experience in rural/urban cadastral surveying and land regularization, to manage and supervise projects, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project management and monitoring. 2. Report preparation and resource supervision. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Google Earth Office. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Geography. * Experience in Rural/Urban Cadastral Surveying and Land Regularization. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Google Earth Office (including Project). * Experience using AutoCAD and ArcGIS. * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge (preferably) of electrical transmission line projects. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities: * Prepares and maintains up-to-date project management dashboards. * Presents and trains the entire project team on the use of existing or newly developed processes. * Conducts daily monitoring of field managers' and their assistant's work. * Prepares valuations for milestones achieved during project implementation. * Reports project team expectations to the project coordinator. * Prepares reports requested by the coordinator and/or client. * Supervises proper use of resources allocated to the entire project team.
