We are currently seeking a **Project Manager** for our team. **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, etc. COMPETENCIES: (specializations, languages, etc.) * Intermediate/advanced Office skills **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** * 1 year of experience in the position. * 1 year of experience in the electrical sector providing services for PLUZ ENERGIA. * SAP knowledge. * Project management training course **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Plan, schedule, and monitor the project timeline for the Chain Balancing and Correction project, controlling milestones, progress, and deviations for PLUZ ENERGIA. 2\. Develop and update the scope, schedule, and cost baselines; manage resource and crew allocation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives. 3\. Monitor progress indicators (S-curve, productivity and compliance KPIs), issue status reports, and promptly alert stakeholders about risks and delays. 4\. Coordinate with technical and operational departments and the client on the execution of chain balancing and correction activities, managing changes and requirements. 5\. Manage project documentation and consolidate information in SAP S/4 HANA and Excel for tracking progress, valuations, and project closure.
