Job Summary: Grupo Qata is seeking a Quality Architect for the design, engineering, and construction of infrastructure, retail, and corporate office projects, with a focus on critical work package control and quality management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Critical work package control and development of release protocols 2. Coordination with subcontractors and material management 3. Resolution of technical and geometric contingencies during installations At Grupo Qata — specialists in the design, engineering, and construction of infrastructure, retail, and corporate office projects — we are currently seeking a Quality Architect. **Required Profile** **Academic Background and Certifications:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Mandatory) **Minimum Experience:** 3 to 5 years of field supervision experience in finishing works on civil construction projects **Technical Knowledge:** * MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD **Responsibilities** * Monitor critical work packages including painting, carpentry, marble, ceramics, suspended ceilings, and lighting * Develop area release protocols, identify non-conformities, and draft technical quality reports * Create and track final punch lists prior to client handover * Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, manage material stock levels, and mitigate losses * Resolve technical or geometric contingencies arising during the installation of finishes **Benefits** · Competitive market-aligned compensation · Formal employment registration from day one · Statutory labor benefits **Apply by sending your CV to: gth@grupoqata.pe** Work Location: On-site employment
