- Development of quality management tools and indicators within the organization. - Supports the Resident in the design, implementation, and monitoring of project execution, verifying compliance with design requirements and standards. - Prepares technical reports on the results of tests and sampling conducted. - Verifies implementation of corrective actions and records observations when non-conformities arise compared to the design. - Complies with the organization’s established quality standards and procedures. - Maintains orderly equipment and workplace, reporting any anomalies. - Prepares periodic reports on activities carried out. - Verifies the use of materials meeting technical specifications for requested work. - Organizes and executes activities for controlling execution of tasks. - Daily operations and production for the month, according to client-specified production requirements and information. - Periodic informational meetings with staff regarding quality of executed work. - Supervises daily activity development with daily and permanent presence on site, including corresponding sampling and field tests, complying with monthly work plans. - Coordinates continuously with the client on daily progress (daily submission of Production Reports) and new requirements.
