(Responsibilities)** * Execute end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, interviews, psychometric assessments, and reference checks). * Design and execute agile selection processes that captivate candidates from the first contact. * Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Bumeran, Indeed, and others. * Evaluate candidates using modern techniques to ensure cultural and technical fit. * Develop and report recruitment KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. * Coordinate initial onboarding to ensure an excellent experience for the new collaborator. **What Do We Need From You? (Requirements)** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years leading administrative and operational selection processes. * **Knowledge:** Psychometric assessment tools and competency-based interviews. * **Key Competencies:** Strong organizational skills, effective communication, results orientation, and proactivity. **What Do We Offer?** * Competitive market-based compensation. * Excellent work environment.
