Job Summary:
Civil engineering professional responsible for coordinating and supervising construction works, ensuring execution according to quality standards, optimizing resources, and managing administrative documentation.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Licensed and registered Civil Engineer.
* Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience as a Resident Engineer on earthworks projects.
* Submission of documented CV.
* Proficiency in MS PROJECT, P6, Powercost, P6, AutoCAD, and BIM.
* Experience in planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead.
* Experience in planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead.
* Experience in civil works and infrastructure projects.
* Experience with PMBOK, BIM, Last Planner, and Lean Construction.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Coordinate field activities and report to supervisors.
* Monitor and/or control physical progress and economic performance of the project.
* Prepare client and subcontractor work valuations.
* Prepare, control, and justify contract variations (additions and deductions).
* Ensure project execution within established parameters of quality, scope, schedule, and safety.
* Optimize use of equipment, tools, and human resources, ensuring proper utilization.
* Plan and coordinate with on-site personnel and subcontractors involved in the project.
* Supervise and control quantity and quality of materials incorporated into the works, coordinating sampling and corresponding testing.
* Submit weekly or biweekly progress reports and promptly report any anomalies affecting scope, schedule, quality, or safety.
* Manage material requirements and prepare reports on work progress, quality control, staff organization, meeting minutes, measurements, valuations, and other administrative documents.
