Flexible working hours for students On behalf of our client, a prominent **NGO** dedicated to improving the quality of life of children in vulnerable situations, we are looking for a Sales Advisor \- FLYER DISTRIBUTION. We seek proactive and empathetic individuals to actively contribute to campaign dissemination, promoting social awareness and fundraising through direct public contact! **Responsibilities:** * Interact with the public to communicate the current campaign and encourage participation through flyer distribution. * Manage the sale of solidarity souvenirs as a fundraising method. * Periodically maintain order and cleanliness at the assigned booth. * Monitor and account for product inventory according to established guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sales, or related fields (preferred). * Basic mobile phone/WhatsApp usage and familiarity with simple digital tools for registration or reporting. * Knowledge of customer service, face-to-face sales, cold outreach, handling objections, fundraising, and basic inventory management. * No prior experience required; 3\-6 months of volunteer or social campaign experience is preferred. * Availability for on-site work at campaign locations. **Working Conditions** * Commission-based remuneration with no upper limit. * Schedule: Designed for students, offering flexibility to choose working days and hours. * Work location: Jockey Plaza Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
