Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Watchman to handle hazardous waste, control traffic flow, and support operations at construction sites and service points. Key Responsibilities: 1. Driver assistance and activity monitoring A leading environmental sector company specializing in hazardous waste management requires a **Service Watchman** for operational tasks at construction sites and service points located across various districts of Lima. The employee will report directly to the assigned workplace daily. Documentation procedures will only require attendance at the Ventanilla plant twice per week. **Responsibilities:** * Control vehicular and pedestrian traffic using preventive signage. * Assist drivers during vehicle maneuvers and unit movements. * Record and manage documentation generated for each service. * Monitor compliance with operational activities. * Report any incidents occurring during the work shift. * Maintain constant communication with operations supervision. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Familiarity with the districts of Rímac, Miraflores, Barranco, and Chorrillos, as well as Colonial and Venezuela Avenues. * Willingness to travel to various work locations within Metropolitan Lima. * Availability for fieldwork. **We Offer:** * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Biweekly payments. * Mobility coverage when transitioning between services. * Bonus of S/ 600 in June and November. * Positive work environment.
