Job Summary: We are seeking a Web Designer focused on WordPress and SEO to create, manage, and grow websites, optimizing for conversion and Google search engine ranking. Key Highlights: 1. Website administration and updates, ensuring operational stability. **WEB DEVELOPER (ATE)** We are looking for a Web Designer focused on **WordPress and SEO** for the **creation, management, and growth of websites**, residing in **ATE or nearby areas**. **\*Job Description:\*** * Design and build attractive WordPress websites (focused on design and UX), optimized for conversion and Google search engine ranking, using visual builders (e.g., Elementor). * Organize and publish web content. * Create conversion-optimized landing pages. * Administer websites, ensure operational stability and updates. * Manage and integrate plugins, ensuring proper functionality. * Knowledge of web performance optimization. * Product migration and data management. * Ensure all actions contribute to achieving business goals and organic website ranking across all search engines. * Generate web metric tracking reports. **\*Requirements\*** * Graduate in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience with WordPress Content Management Systems (CMS) and implementation of WordPress websites and landing pages. * Experience in custom template development. * **Mandatory**: Reside near ATE or surrounding areas. **Conditions:** * **Work Mode:** On-site, full-time. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Location:** ATE, 4 blocks from Real Plaza Puruchuco.
