**COMMUNITY RELATIONS SPECIALISTS** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences: Sociology, Anthropology, Community Psychology, Social Communication and/or related fields. · Course and/or diploma in Social Diagnostics, Community Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Resolution of Socio-environmental Conflicts, or similar. · Knowledge in negotiation, management, and resolution of socio-environmental conflicts. · Intermediate-level writing skills. · Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. · Minimum of 01 year of experience in similar positions and/or roles related to the job. · Availability for fieldwork in Metropolitan Lima. · Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 11:00 am. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Diagnose and prepare social reports for urban and peri-urban communities involved with the project, and submit the social report to our direct client and relevant departments. · Carry out dissemination activities at the beginning of construction, gasification, communication, and distribution of informational brochures to the population affected by the project. · Monitor construction activities, evaluating and mitigating potential social risks in order to prevent any type of social conflict arising from our construction activities. · Address requests, complaints, and claims. · Manage strategies for resolving inquiries, complaints, and claims (PQR). · Organize and promote meetings and dialogue tables with the affected population. · Prepare Social Management Reports. · Monitor social risk levels of projects and/or develop the Social Traffic Light system. · Conduct training sessions and talks for operational staff. · Coordinate meetings with other operational departments to resolve conflicts. · Organize project walkthroughs with the community and obtain signed Social Acceptance Declarations. · Comply with all procedures and responsibilities applicable to the position. · Adhere to the client's safety regulations. · Perform other duties inherent to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** · Competitive salary · Overtime pay · General regime payroll with all statutory benefits.
