Implementation of continuous improvement **Job Description** Jalma SAC is an electrical installation services contractor operating in LV and MV, serving industrial, commercial, and retail sectors. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with applicable standards, internal procedures, customer requirements, and current legislation regarding: Quality, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Environment—with particular emphasis on electrical operations and decentralized services. Minimum two years’ verifiable experience implementing IMS for service contracting and/or construction companies is required. A university degree and professional registration are preferred. Specialized studies in Integrated Management Systems are also valued. **Responsibilities** The main responsibilities for this position are: * Design the Integrated Management System (IMS) model: Quality per ISO 9001, Occupational Health and Safety per ISO 45001, and Environmental Management per ISO 14001\. * Develop the IMS baseline and execution plan to achieve ISO certification. * Prepare, implement, and disseminate documentation compliant with regulations and legal requirements for Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management. * Ensure compliance with legal standards, procedures, document control, and IMS programs and plans. * Conduct internal training related to the IMS. * Implement the continuous improvement system, including KPIs, technical controls, process standardization, among others. * Prepare monthly reports to Management on the status of objectives, targets, programs, plans, and management indicators. * Coordinate periodic internal and external audits. * Define internal and external communication based on the management model, using the company website, social media, or other mass communication channels. * Operational control of IMS compliance across our projects and services. **Requirements** * University graduate; professional registration and degree title are desirable. * Diploma in Integrated Management Systems. * Diploma in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. * Internal auditor certification. * Two years’ experience implementing Integrated Management Systems in construction or service companies. * Two years’ experience as an OHS Manager and Prevention Officer. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and design software. **Objectives** * Short Term: Implement compliance with Law No. 29783\. * Medium Term 1: Implement and certify the Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2015. * Medium Term 2: Implement and certify the Environmental Management System per ISO 14001:2015. * Long Term 1: Implement and certify the Occupational Health and Safety Management System per ISO 45001:2018. * Long Term 2: Certify the Integrated Management System per ISO standards. **Qualities** * Systematic * Structured * Leadership * Organized **Salary** * Indicate salary expectations **Benefits** * Statutory benefits under Microenterprise regulatory framework. * Semi-annual bonus equal to 50% of base salary, based on performance. * Join a company experiencing sustained growth. * Opportunity for career progression. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (subject to change depending on client needs) Work Location: Pueblo Libre Interested candidates must submit their CV in PDF format.
