Position Summary: SSOMA Coordinator responsible for implementing plans, managing regulations, and delivering training in occupational safety, health, and environmental management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and supervision of Annual SSOMA Plans and Programs. 2. Management of current regulations on occupational risk prevention. 3. SSOMA training for different departments of the organization. At Spartan Chemical Peru, we are seeking an SSOMA Coordinator. If you meet the profile, please send us your resume. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Development and supervision of proper implementation of Annual SSOMA Plans and Programs. \- Development, review, and updating of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control Determination (IPERC) matrices. \- Delivery of SSOMA training to different departments of the organization. \- Selection, training, and advisory support to the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. \- Management and application of current occupational risk prevention regulations at the chemical manufacturing plant, service providers for work-at-height activities, and others. \- Development, review, and implementation of Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental procedures. \- Preparation of reports for observation follow-up. \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health, First Aid, Fire Prevention and Control, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and Environmental Risks. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Residence in Callao or nearby areas. * Immediate availability. * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. **BENEFITS:** · Market-competitive salary. · Subsidized meals. · Formal employment registration and all statutory benefits.
