Position Summary: Mining, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering professional to analyze and evaluate risk conditions, collaborate on OHS matters, and conduct inspections in Callao. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyzes and evaluates workplace risk conditions 2. Collaborates in the implementation and monitoring of the annual OHS plan 3. Participates in safety and environmental training LOCATION: CALLAO REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduates in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields \- Valid professional license \- 3 years of experience in OHS \- Knowledge of occupational safety and health \- Immediate availability \- Residency in areas near the Callao location COMPETENCIES: \- Ability to work under pressure \- Effective communication at all levels \- Organization \- Results orientation \- Analytical leadership ability \- Problem-solving ability FUNCTIONS: \- Analyze and evaluate workplace risk conditions. \- Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the annual OHS plan. \- Participate in the organization and delivery of safety and environmental training for personnel. \- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with SOMA regulations. \- Support data collection and analysis for report preparation and reporting. \- Deliver morning safety and health talks \- Verify proper delivery, use, and condition of personnel’s PPE. \- Support waste management, segregation, and basic environmental control. \- Monitor occupational hygiene conditions (noise, dust, lighting, housekeeping, etc.) \- Record and investigate incidents and near-misses together with the responsible department.
