Career path opportunity LOCATION: ATE REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduates in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields \- Valid professional license \- 2 years of experience in Ssoma \- Knowledge of occupational safety and health \- Immediate availability \- Residence in areas near the Ate location COMPETENCIES: \- Ability to work under pressure \- Effective communication at all levels \- Organizational skills \- Results-oriented mindset \- Analytical leadership ability \- Problem-solving capability FUNCTIONS: \- Analyze and assess workplace risk conditions. \- Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the annual OSH plan. \- Participate in organizing and delivering safety and environmental training to staff. \- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with Soma regulations. \- Support data collection and analysis for report preparation. \- Deliver morning safety and health talks \- Verify proper delivery, usage, and condition of personnel’s PPE. \- Support waste management, segregation, and basic environmental control. \- Monitor occupational hygiene conditions (noise, dust, lighting, housekeeping, etc.) \- Record and investigate incidents and near-misses together with the responsible department.
