Job stability and a positive work environment LOCATION: ATE REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduates in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields \- Experience in SSOMA \- Knowledge of occupational safety and health \- Immediate availability for long-term employment \- Residence in areas near the ATE location RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Complete safety management documentation. \- Monitor company certifications with various certifying entities. \- Analyze and evaluate workplace risk conditions. \- Support the implementation and monitoring of the annual OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) plan. \- Participate in organizing and delivering safety and environmental training sessions for staff. \- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with SSOMA regulations. \- Assist in collecting and analyzing data for report preparation and reporting. \- Deliver morning safety and health talks. \- Verify proper delivery, use, and condition of staff PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). \- Support waste management, segregation, and basic environmental control. \- Monitor occupational hygiene conditions (noise, dust, lighting, order, etc.) BENEFITS: \- Salary negotiable \- Career path \- Job stability \- Positive work environment \- Continuous training for your development \- Coverage under three insurance policies, including SCTR \- Paid vacation \- Performance bonus Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
